There was a time, in approx. 2005 early 2006, when a homebuyer wishing to purchase a single-family home in the resort community of Princeville, Kauai, only had about 2 choices if their budget was under one million dollars.

Today, the landscape has changed significantly. If you want to live in this beautiful resort community - close to shopping, restaurants, library, championship golf and fabulous north shore beaches - you have many more options to choose from. If any of these pique your interest, let me know. If you're like many buyers wanting ocean and mountain views, chances are the above homes may only offer a "peek" at them - if there's any view at all. However, there is a single family home with 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths that has both ocean & mountain views (waterfall views too!). The asking price is $1,290,000.00 just reduced from $1,339,000.
