If you're like many buyers wanting ocean and mountain views, chances are the above homes may only offer a "peek" at them - if there's any view at all. However, there is a single family home with 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths that has both ocean & mountain views (waterfall views too!). The asking price is $1,290,000.00 just reduced from $1,339,000.
