What type of marketing software are you using? Is it working? I've been a member of "by Referral Only" for a couple years. It's been a fantastic program to keep me motivated. I also just joined the Mortgage Coach. I've been very happy with that program as well. They are both well worth the cost!

Please let me know what you're using to stay successful in the market. I apprecaiate any respoces I get.

Have a wonderful week.

Top of Mind Networks offers some very cool turn-key marketing solutions (both email and postal).  You should check out the web site; www.topofmind.com

Travis: Good for you. I'm a little short on dough right now but have used an e-newsletter format through Constant Contact and that gets good results. I send it out once/month. I also mail to a select list once/month and send another email every two weeks. Most of my marketing is face-to-face or over the phone to people I know. I also participate in a BNI networking group along with a local Chamber of Commerce. What you're doing is good stuff. Brian Buffini's stuff is good too; I've attended his Turning Point Seminars and I just signed up for Rick Deluca's monthly service. I think the key is to keep trying things and consistently market yourself. Take care.

Travis

seminars are alway's good as well as sitting in on HOA meetings for multi unit condos.  Financial planners are a great referral source for me.

There are hundreds of great ways but it would take forever to write it all down

None.  i use DC Marketing for a traditional newsletter which we convert to pdf and email also.  All of our flyers, letters etc are original content and my marketing coordinator handles all the details and delivery.  She also has a lot of talent for designing these and making them look professional.

I wish I would have seen this post sooner.  I'm a mortgage banker/broker and my business has been based off of By Referral Only from the very beginning...6 years ago.  I think that By Referral Only is a GREAT base, especially for learning professionals in Real Estate.
