Travis -   do you use Point or Encompass?  Everything above can be managed within those programs. Too much paperwork for me but hey  if it works for you - rock on!

Hey Travis, it looks like you process your loans yourself? Or so you use this form with a processor? I don't see many LO's/brokers that stay on top of mortgagee clauses and dec pages! :) I also have to say that I primarily use Point and really like the tracking features in 6.1 so far. If you need a hard copy, you can always print it out and keep it in a file.
