Highlands Ranch CO - Weatherstone Subdivision

Weatherstone in Highlands Ranch Colorado is a community of just under 300 residential homes that were built in the late 1990's to early 2000's.  The Weatherstone community is located in the southwestern part of Highlands Ranch, just West of Broadway Blvd and South of Wildcat Reserve Parkway.

The Weatherstone Community features a community pool, recreation area, playground and a brand new Elementary school Stone Mountain Elementary which is part of the Douglas County School District. The middle school for Weatherstone students is Ranch View and the High School is Thunder Ridge.

Currently there are 12 homes for sale ranging from $475,000 to 1,5 million.  Many of the homes in Weatherstone were built by Sanford and Beazer. Some homes in Weatherstone have mountain views and some back to open space of green belt. Many homes also have full walk-out basements. In general the lots are larger than in other areas of Highlands Ranch.

Weatherstone subdivision is part of Highlands Ranch and belongs to the Highlands Ranch Master HOA. In addition, the Weatherstone community has it's own active sub-association. Weatherstone at Highlands Ranch HOA. 
The HOA maintains the community pool and recreation area for the residents.
The Eastern part of the Weatherstone Subdivision will be a neighbor to the new Backcountry Community that Shea homes is currently constructing. So as you turn into the Weatherstone subdivision (on to Weathersfield Way) to your left you will see some heavy machinery at work in the "construction-in-progress" Backcountry subdivision.

The Stone Mountain Elementary School as well as the Community Pool are situated along the Weathersfield Way.
