Hi Don,
Great lessons and words of wisdom. If we don't believe in ourselves, others certainly will not believe in us----so that is a lesson that agents must learn early on and hold on to for dear life.
Good Morning Don -
I just can't stop grinning! First of all, I am a long time Journey fan so thanks for the flashback. I have just recently decided to take the bull by the horns and get my brokers license, expecting to get myself ready for the day that we can jump for joy that this real estate market has turned around. It is somewhat daunting to me since I have never really considered myself a huge success as an agent, so I continue to question why would I make such a leap of faith? Reading your blog has reminded me why. Because I believe in myself and I refuse to be defeated.
Thanks again for the blog, I am going to get my Journey CD out of the cabinet and listen to it all day!
Take Care,
Shannon
Leesa,
I hope that all is well in your backyard and thank you for the kind words. Just remember the coach has already seen your potential but you have to run the race. Keep on believing!!
Mike, So you were thinking Day Dream Believer huh? Sorry..... You are right, we get what we think, I have always set a goal and then a stretch goal just to keep me going. Thank you sir for running in this morning, it is much appreciated.
Cynthia,
So very true, especically the hold on to part. We turn loose very early and it is hard to grab ahold of again. So hold on.
Thank you ma'am for dropping in this morning.
Shannon,
I am glad that I could place a smile on your face this morning. Go for the Brokers license and know that you can do it.
BTW, You are a success just look at the things that you have accomplished already. Each one is a building block.
Thank you for stopping in and commenting this morning.
In our business it is easy to get down on yourself. Great advice.
Terry,
So very true we see it everyday. Thank you sir for stopping in this morning.
Don - Actually, I was thinking "(Now) I'm a Believer", which Neal Diamond also did, and, I believe he wrote it.
Mike,
I didn't know that Neal Diamond wrote the song. Thanks for letting me know.
Doris,
You are so right ma'am. Thank you for stopping in this evening and commenting.
Great, great post! Thank you Don, that is so importantin every aspect of our lives. If you don't believe in yourself how will anybody else?
Don~I've always had the mindset that if you think it and you believe it, you're right! . Simply put, if you think you are a winner and believe you are too, you will be! Positive thinking is an amazing thing! Great reminder that we should do more of it...:)
Sonja,
Thank you for stopping in and commenting this morning ma'am. We do need to believe in ourselves and it has to show in our actions.
LaShawn, What a great attitude and mindset ma'am. Somehow I picked that up from you! Thanks for stopping in this morning and commenting.
Great post, Don. A little pep talk when things are down always helps. Thanks!
Kristina,
