Helping builders come up with names for new residential developments - don't let this happen to you!

As a listing agent, have you ever been asked to weigh in on a builder's name for a new residential development?  I'm wondering because if this is a common occurrence, I'd like to think that the agent pointed out to this builder that they had a, perhaps, not so good choice on their hands.

The accompanying photo made me laugh too much to not share it here on AR.  It may take a moment to connect, but believe me, once you do it will be almost impossible to not laugh.

I want to hire that person.  Perhaps it is the same person that designed the Cialis logo.

I'm guessing perhaps the name came up after a round (or 2, or 3) of beers at the local watering hole. :)

Raba - Very funny photo, like you said he may have had a few to many for lunch. Or maybe this might be a new approach for advertising. I would like to know what kind of comments came from the photo or if any sales transpired?

That is hilarious! I guarantee the builder did not make the connection!
