Trulia and the like...Good or Bad for Real Estate?

I don't want to repost for of duplicate content issues, but, I wrote a post about this elswhere and seems to be beginning to take a life of its own. I personally feel like these type of sites do much more harm than good, but, I would like to here some thoughts about this from some other real estate pros.
