Tolerance is one of the traits that I put right up there with patience and it also requires that you have knowledge and the ability to be helpful. So many people that I have met in the past lack these 4 traits and that keeps them from achieving success.

Franklin D Roosevlet said it best in the very first quote here about how were are to survive. It does not just pertain to our civilazition, it applies to our work like. You do not have to like your clients, you have to be able to tolerate them. Or, in most cases, find a common ground to stand on.

The thing to remember about tolerance is that someone else is also having to tolerate you. It is a 2 way street.
