Costa Rica Market is Still Hot

Hi Everyone.  I just wanted to introduce myself and let you know that you now have a friend in Costa Rica.  The market here is still Hot and we are seeing tons of foreign investment not only in real estate but infrastructure as well.   Also there is no capital gains tax in Costa Rica and property tax in only .25% so if you have any clients looking to put away some funds off-shore this is the place to be.   Well again I look forward to meeting you all and hopefully doing some deals today.  Have a great day.
