Joni - this is a very well presented case for using a Realtor in any housing transaction. The general public has, at times, the impression that all we do is sit around and wait for the phone to ring so we can drive over and pick up a check.
Ohhhhh - if it were only so easy.
Thanks Carol...that perception is so entrenched it's annoying! In this market they need us more than ever...and some still don't see it!
Thank Joan...Lord knows we definately earn every penny we get...and truly CARE about our clients!
Joan,
Beautiful presentation.....similarly here in Ontario we require 24 continuing ed credits in every 2 year cycle and one of the course has to be the Real Estate Update course which includes ethics.
Jo
Hi Jo...Thanks for commenting. I'm sure you've been busy answering comments on your feature :-)) It was well deserved....a really nice post
Great information! I referred one of my qualified buyers to a realtor I work with just today because representation in a real estate transaction is essential. I would never recommend they try to go it alone.
Rich...it seems to be even more imortant these days with everything so screwy!
