Of the condos that I watch on a regular basis, South Seas Resort seems to be one of the more active in the market at this time.   To see more information on the individual buildings please see my August Market Update.

As of today here are the number of Active/Pending and Sold since January 1, 2006:

Now here is where it is most interesting....  Although each of these condos has seen a % decrease this year in average sold price, the 5 year average is still very significant for each of these condos within the complex.
