Apply for new credit cards

Get a pre-approval letter from a lender who has not verified assets,income,credit

Decide at the last minute you want to change lenders

Purchase a vehicle without telling your spouse

Decide at the last minute you want to hold title in a trust

Hold back money in escrow at the last minute

Don't tell the loan officer before the appraiser is sent out that there is no bathroom or kitchen

Good list, add to this list:

Request liquidation of your funds from East Coast Bank on a purchase on the west coast, but wait till the day you want to close escrow so the funds arent available in time to allow funding (most put holds of 3-5 days on out of state funds, unless you wire them).
