What's helping us to sell homes? Video!

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Properties East
I was looking for an extra edge to sell homes and at the same time blow away the competition's listing presentations. We found what we needed when we started doing Exclusive TV Videos.

The listing featured in the video went under contract in 3 hours close to asking price. We now created a new blog site for our videos: http://wwwlouisvillehomestv.com/

I have a number of other video's on my website. I add them every couple of days. Visit www.WeSellLouisville.com.

Great stuff, Bob!  I enjoy pan-cropping (animating) stills, mixed in with moving footage for video projects!  Your work is great.  I need to look into Mixpo.  Thank you!  JB Brookman Ladera Heights Real Estate

I am using my very expensive FLIP camera to video, lol. I love it!  So simple. Also loving Mixpo.  Mine would be better if you wouldn't mind doing all of my voice overs? LOL...Please?  All kidding aside, good job and thanks for sharing.

Hi Bob...With Your Radio Voice and a points2 web site their Virtual tour(stills) plus it includes music you can legally use....you would be number one..in Louisville, KY..

Video's clarity is hard to reproduce easily, and as you say takes time editing. I switched from the real Virtual tours years ago when I saw the quality you can get doing slides, from my Pentax camera and not only does points2 offer a virtual tour slide show(I can add 40 photos) i can copy a link and email or copy html code and post here or another web site. If do not want to get a points2 web site then you can upload your photos to Photobucket For Free and get a great slideshow you can post here on your post or on your web site...how neat is that?  Oh did I mention you can up load to Photobucket edit and post your video's too.

Bottom line these tools are Listing Tools..Sellers Love them, and Buyers enjoy viewing them 24/7!

Thanks for Sharing your success with us.

What an excellent idea to start a video blog with a catchy title like TV in it to post all your video's there. I'll go check it out but I can see you driving lots of traffic to it.

Very nice!  Wish I had the radio voice (and personality) to go with my videos.  Not sure I'll ever feel comfortable in front of the camera.

I would love to find an easy system to create neat videos - It takes me a good hour or so per listing for the videos I make and upload to YouTube. I use the video maker that came on my hp. They look good - but still would be interested in finding out new programs out there.
