Homes in Wichita | Homes in Andover Larry and Carol Lane 316-636-2323 Fannie adjusts the Pack

Fannie Mae said goodbye to its CFO and two other top executives. Goodbye AOL. That's right Stephen Swad, who just joined last year from AOL is loading up his Fannie pack and heading off to "other opportunities in private equity". He'll be replaced by a three-year-old (with the company). Others are retiring, etc. Most of the new blood isn't really new at all - insiders moving up. Homes in Wichita and homes in Andover are likely to experience much direct impact from this "change" but more significant changes at Fannie and Freddie could be a different story...
