This is what I found :
There are 160 single homes listed priced upto $400k..
Of these 146 homes have atleast 3 bedrooms.
116 have atleast 3 bedrooms and atleast i car garage
122 have atleast 3 bedrooms and a basement
98 homes have 3 bedrooms and a garage and a basement
12 homes are in 55 plus communities and 3 of these have 3 bedrooms
