Liz Carter & Team Realty received top honors again at the 12thannual Houston Business Journal awards breakfast held this year at the River Oaks Country Club. The HBJ tracks sales for the greater Houston MLS area, which covers several counties and cities, on number of homes sold and total sales volume. Liz Carter has ranked in the top 25 every year, out of 25,000 Realtors regardless of company affiliation. The mistress of ceremonies again this year was Lisa Malosky, a local news-person. Her introduction was to recognize the hard work of the best of the best in the Real Estate Profession for their outstanding achievements in 2006. Two awards were given to the top 25 Realtors, one for dollar volume, and one for number of sold homes. Liz Carter & Team Realty received recognition in both categories as they have every year.
Liz Carter is a veteran Realtor licensed since 1976 and is the Owner/Broker of Liz Carter & Team Realty. The company consists of a ten-member team, and has three generations of her family now on the team. Together they sold 194 homes and almost 40 Million in sales volume. This places them in the top ½ % of all agents in the United States.
