Lately, I have been getting alot of call from folks who want to rent property rather than buy it!! It seems to me that folks are just plain scared of buying. We have lots of inventory in our office as well as on the market and I know there are buyers out there who can afford to buy right now but I'm guessing that some folks are just plain holding back. Anyway I don't know of any rental available in Dunedin, Florida. If there are any readers who have some seasonal or annual rentals in Dunedin, please let me know and I will pass the word....

It's understandable that people would be scared to buy right now given the media's portrayal of the housing market. Hopefully we can help educate our clients that it's not that frightening!

Jeff, Yes! But we have to "duck and cover" when we get a hurricane warning! I love the winters with our low humidity and temps around 75, that's why I live here.
PS. It's so cool to find a biker-realtor, you guys rock. I was a biker in a former life! We have great roads to travel here too...!! have fun and ride safe.
