Charlotte real estate article, interesting...

I'm always keeping up with current events... well, when time allows. Any article or blurb on the Charlotte real estate market is going to peak my interest, of course. So, this morning I stumbled upon this from the Charlotte Observer. I have to say that I feel fortunate to be an agent in Charlotte. This didn't really tell me a whole lot that I didn't already kind of know, but a few things were encouraging and I found it pretty interesting. So, it should boost the mood of other Charlotte agents, and maybe give hope to others around the country. Glass half full, folks....stay positive.

Brian, what an unusual occurence, a news media that is not trashing real estate in one matter or another, refreshing. Glad I got my NC real estate license...

I heard on CNBC this morning that they are questioning the BOTTOM now. No one could say we were there, but at least they are considering it. We're getting CLOSE!

No place better to be right now then North and South Carolina!
