Excellent advice Pamela. More times than not, people that view my open houses actually think that they are saavy by working directly with the listing agent. It has happened because of the experiences their friends and families talk to them about. Unfortunately some of those stories are not good. You know the saying about bad press: it is referred 10x more than good press.
