The RE/MAX Sedona Open House Tour has quickly become a Sedona real estate tradition. For six months now, RE/MAX agents have reserved the last Saturday of every month to open their sellers' homes for the public to tour in the only Open House event of its kind in Sedona and the surrounding communities of the Verde Valley.

This month there are 18 exciting homes available to view, ranging in price from $225,000 to $2,675,000 and located in Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek, Cornville and Cottonwood. With such a wide range of properties, there is sure to be something to interest every buyer.

This new tradition has proven very popular with the public, and is great for buyers and sellers trying to get a 'handle' on the Sedona-Verde Valley real estate markets.

Hi Don, Thanks for stopping by. It's a very sweet home in an area of Old Town Cottonwood Arizona that gets good drive-by and even walking/biking traffic, so I'm hoping for a successfull day for my Sellers! In an area of older homes, it's nice to find one so thoroughly and intelligently remodeled.

By the way I absolutely LOVE your Rubic's cube of your team. What a great, visual way to get your message across!

Hi Teri,

I'm always happy to hear from my colleagues down south in the Valley of the Sun. We also have the occasional transferree to your area, so I will keep you in my file. If you do have anyone who's curious about our market, we'd love to have them attend our REMAX Sedona Open House Tour - with or without an escort (referrals gladly honored).

As the the monsoon action - today is sunny with high patches of clouds and I don't doubt we'll see some activity later. Yesterday storms traveled through in patches - I was in the Village of Oak Creek in the afternoon and we had a pretty active cell pass over us. Some pretty lightening! ;^)

Hi Pat, Actually the turnout was late, but not too bad (3 couples, 2 singles). You never do know with holiday weekends here, can be pretty good - or pretty nothing!
