I want to introduce everyone to a great website created by the RealSource Association of Realtors - northern New Jersey's real estate association. The website, www.itsagoodtime.com, is a public education initiative to educate consumers on the true state of the market in northern New Jersey. Its goal is to dispel the myths that the media broadcasts about the real estate market with local market statistics and information about the real estate process.
They tell consumers why "it's a good time" to buy or sell in the Bergen County region.
Check the website out! This is a great idea and I think many more associations should do this!
