I helped a client get a SUPER deal on a condo in Sunbury, Ohio today! Closed this afternoon - HUD as-is value was $121K and my client got it for $95k.  It was in pretty decent condition.  I alos have a few other clients that I'm working with on HUD homes in Delaware County and the Greater Columbus area.
