Loan modifications ...
I have been Googling for "loan modification forms" and I came up with a few websites that offer these forms for free and others for a small fee. This is a DIY program where you obtain the forms and them fill them in and submit them to the Bank.
A site that offers these forms for free is http://www.docstoc.com/ .
Then you need to wait and wait on the phone and spend endless hours trying to have your paperwork looked at by the short staffed Bank's employees and processed. (that is the difficult part).
I do not understand how companies are charging $2,000 - $2,500 for something so elementary ...
