Sellabration (CRS educational event) will be in Hawaii in late January 2008. I'm signed up and cannot wait to attend. Sellabration is one of the MOST valuable things you can do for your education, anywhere.

Yeah, right.  When was the last time you went?  I went with Gary three years ago and he got sunburned on his head and feet.  I just get too lethargic.  Haha.  I signed yesterday for the Valleyview. Name change and all!!

I am leaving the office after working with two buyers to head to north Shore for a showing on the apartment house.  I am just grateful for the surge of business.  The alternative is not much fun.

Well...I have long ago learned that the down time is actually my "getting things done" period. I manage to clean my desk, clean my house and pay attention to my family/

You know, Sally, I am a runner, and we have good trails to run on here in the Santa Monica Mountains, but that picture there of that trail looks very cool and as a runner, WOW, that is neat. Hawaii is great for someone like me,. Lance
