Breakfast Anyone?

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

I had a Realtor Breakfast from 9:00 am to 11:00 am this morning at one of my listings.  If you have never done a Realtor Breakfast - try it.  I had a lot better reponse with the breakfast than with a Realtor Luncheon.  I think alot of times it is easier for Realtors to stop by on there way to the office than stopping in the middle of the day to go to lunch.

It seemed to be a little more cost effective too.  I bought a box of coffee for 10 at dunkin donuts ( they supply the cups, creamer & sugar), orange juice, an assortment of doughnuts and mini bagels & cream cheese and it was lot less expensive than buying lunch items. (spent about $25)

I needed to get some opinions and feedback on one of my listings so what better way than to get your fellow Realtors to stop by.

Just thought I would share something that seemed to work well for me.

This is a Great idea! I will plan on trying one. Our problem is many sales offices hve sales meetings the morning of the tours....maybe we could change that...change is good. :)

Great idea, and wonderful that it worked out for you.  I am not a morning person so I may have to do it as a late night dessert and coffee.  just kidding.  The things we do to get other agents excited about our listings.  be good  cw

A neat twist on the agent lunch... and you are so right; early in the day is normally not quite as busy. What a great way to start  the day! Thanks for sharing! Brenda :)

Cheryl:  Sounds like a great idea!  And there is no competition in the mornings with other Broker events.
