This Labor Day Weekend at the Ocean Front on 5th Street in Virginia Beach will bring back a blast from the past.

Here is the line up

Friday August 29th 6:30 PM:  Morris Day & The Time (with En Vogue and Bell Biv Devoe)

Saturday August 30th 7 PM: Billy Idol (with The Blackjacks)

Sunday August 31st 6:30 PM: B-52s (with The Motels featuring Martha Davis)

You can buy an all ticket pass for $30 Dollars or buy individual tickets between $15-25 each.

Personally I am attending the Show on Saturday to go see Billy Idol, I am an 80's child and 80's music is my guilty vice.

*Fun Fact* The Character Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer show was inspired by Billy Idol's look and attitude.

Have a Great Labor Day Weekend!!

Too cool! The B-52's played out here on the west coast a few months back. Awesome show. Watch out at the Billy Idol show. When he played in California about 3 years back the crowd was 95% women!

YOU WILL LOVE BILLY IDOL!!!  Yes, I am a woman and yes there are LOTS of women at his show but there ARE men too!  I have seen him 3 time (twice this summer alone) and will see him in Vegas in 2 weeks!  Enjoy!  You will be blown away.  I hope the weather cooperates for you!

Wow, what a lineup!!  I saw Morris Day & The Time in DC in 1985.  The friend I went with wore leather pants.....you couldn't get me to do that!  BTW, are the B-52s a fixture there?  I was in VA Beach around Labor Day Weekend in 2004 and saw them play on the beach then.

Justin:  The 80's were definitely a fun time.  I'm sure that all that attended had a great time.  I'm sure the B-52s wouldn't disappoint in concert, but not so sure about Billy Idol or Morris Day.

Justin - way back when....when I was a flight attendant, Billy Idol was on one of my flights.  He was so nice and had the most beautiful complexion (it's a girl thing to notice that!).  Ahhhhh.....to be young again!
