In today's society, trust is something that has to be earned and not just given over. In our industry, that is a little different as it is trust that our clients put into us that we will treat them fair and look out for the ultimate interest. With that being said, I have known way to many Realtors, Loan Officers, Appraisers, Inspectors, and others from our industry that have betrayed the very trust that we work so hard to maintain.

The issue with trust is there are only 2 outcomes. The first is that you get burned and the second is that things get worked out.

I hope that there is something in this post that you will find to inspire you today. If you have time, please click on the pictures as they will take you to another dimension where you will read another helpful article. Trust me.

Danny ~ I totally agree with the first quote.  It has happened to me; I have lost trust in people because of something they've done or that I overheard them saying and I am very watchful of what I say and do around them because of it now.

My favorite "Those who trust us educate us." T.S. Eliot  I am always honored when someone trusts me enough to offer a referral to me.  It is a huge compliment.

I like this installment in your series.  Trust is very important, and sometimes very difficult.
