In Baltimore Brokers opens are held on Wednesday.  I love going to Broker's Open.  I get to see alot of homes in a short period of time and  I usually run into colleges and  talk about what is going on in the industry.  Some of the Brokers will offer lunch at the open house.  I think it is nice but it is not necessary.  I have found that some agents will view homes with lunch first or only ones with food instead of taking advantage of having multiple houses open at once.

Do you look at a house based on food or because you are curious about the property?
