New house, heart, window, books and balls in box

My house is my warehouse and I really did not realize how much inventory I have acquired in the past year. I recently de-staged  a home and when this inventory came back.......Check Out pictures of my house/warehouse

On top my ex living room

ex loft/office area

Kitchen...believe it or not

armoires in garage

I used to enjoy  a screen porch !

I hope my two active properties dont sell until this goes out to the next staging . My house is about to throw up furniture and art ! Is it time to move to a bigger house. Must I stage my own 1 car garage to move to a bigger house with more warehouse space?

Fernando ~ Peeking through all your inventory, it looks like you have a very nice house!  I would say it's time for a warehouse or storage space.

Fernando--I started getting storage units when I just couldn't stand not having my house anymore! As stagers, we are all visual people, and for me--enough was enough! I have a very small house, anyway, so to have it crowded with stuff just makes me crazy (not that i can keep it in staged condition ever...)

Yikes!  My house is getting full and I don't have any real furniture yet--only accessories and some small stuff. Not parking in the garage I can stand, beyond that, I'll have to have a warehouse/storage unit.  But right now I am just looking forward to having enough business to warrant getting so much furniture:-)

Fernando - Did you sneak into my house and take photos? My house looks amazingly like yours. I had the contents of a 4,000 s.f. staging job come back last week and it's filled to the rafters.

I too have decided that I just can't live this way anymore. We had quite a bit go out today for a vacant and have another big job scheduled for Tuesday. I'm going to look for storage/warehouse space on Wednesday.

I find that having this much "stuff" also makes me very anxious. I have a minimalist design style for my own home and when I have to clear a path to walk from room to room enough already. I actually can't think clearly.

I don't know about your area but the rental costs for warehouse space around here have actually gone down and there is enough available that it's possible to negotiate.

Oh... you silly boy. That is nothing! It is when you need a machete just to get through the front door... or, the turning point for me was when my son said, " Mom, the lighted palms just don't do it for Christmas... and we can't find our packages!" They did eventually find their presents... they were the boxes with ribbons ;))

It is time. I opted for a storage unit when my inventory was spread out over multiple rooms in my home, including under beds and in closets. When I moved everything to the unit, I found items I had forgotten that I even owned! You will find that having all of your inventory in one location actually makes the work of selecting items for a job much easier and less time consuming. Do it now!

Fernando...what's the spiel..."a cluttered house is distracting and doesn't allow the good energy to prevail".   It's time friend and I'd bet that the result will be even more success because you will be less stressed and organized.  Your situation would totally frazzle me...much like shopping in thrift store...ahhhh!
