What's not to love about the Parade of Homes? When else do you get the opportunity to walk in and out of homes and just 'see what they've done' with the place? Want to see what an $800,000 home looks like? Walk right in! How about that million dollar home? Help yourself! Whether you want to buy a home or you're just looking for some decorating or renovation ideas - this event is for you!
The builders love the Parade because it is a chance for them to showcase their talents, impress the judges and the buyers, try something new, and get some exposure!
As Chatham County continues to grow and expand - several new neighborhoods are cropping up. This will be an exciting year for the Parade of Homes with a wide variety of homes and communities featured. The Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties is presenting the 2008 Parade of Homes over three weekends, October 4-5, October 10-12, and October 17-19. The hours are from 12pm-5pm and the admission is FREE!
This year Chapel Ridge, one of the most beautiful communities in Chatham County, has a large number of Custom Homes entered into the Parade. The neighborhood will be having promotions and giveaways - so come visit us and see what Golf Course Living is all About! Feel free to also tour the great amenities in the neighborhood like the Jr. Olympic Sized Pool and Waterslide!
The Chapel Ridge Information center, located in the Golf Clubhouse is also open during the 2008 Parade of Homes and I will be onsite to answer questions about the community, Parade Homes or area in general so stop in to visit!
Directions to Chapel Ridge: From Chapel Hill- 15/501 South over Haw River Bridge, turn Right on Russels Chapel Church Rd., turn Right on Old Graham Rd., Chapel Ridge is 2 miles on Left Hand Side. From Apex/Cary, Take Hwy 64 West, North on 15/501, Left on Russels Chapel Church R., Right on Old Graham Rd. and community is 2 miles on left.
