Divine Providence, coincidence, call it what you want, but since I started looking into diversifying, people have been popping up to fill the gap. I met someone online who is sending me info on loan modification training, and I found a great blog here from the notary public blog. Things are just really starting to open up, and so quickly, for me.
Since this is my first try at blogging, I'm hoping to journal my experiences in one place in order to learn from them as I progress. But more importantly, I want to be able to contribute something to others in the way of making their lives better as well.
Perhaps I'm thinking about being a role model in the business arena. I've done that as a wife and mother for many years. Seems like a win-win-win situation as a loan modification consultant/agent because I would be helping the homeowner keep his/her home and the lender would benefit as well.
