"THE VARM ALARM"--GET UP!!

I don't need a real alarm clock because I've got the VARM ALARM. It goes off at about 5:00 a.m. every morning, usually when I'm in my deepest sleep, I will hear a tap, tap then some type of "blap" noise. That's the VARM ALARM. Or I may hear the bottom of my door rattle, that's the VARM ALARM. Don't leave any type of bottled water or drink on your bedside, as it may be knocked on the floor along with your cell phone -- that's the VARM ALARM.

By the way, once you're up, please feed me. THE VARMIT (BELOW)

Oh, but what a pretty varmit and matches the rug too!

Cheryl, he is a pretty cat, BIG THOUGH, about 15 lbs., He is Mr. Personality, literally.

He is so pretty.. We have a Varm alarm. Every morning she sits at the foot of the bed on the floor waiting on my husband to get up and she pounces on him.

Judi, Thanks! It's funny how they have an internal clock that works sometimes down to the minute itn't it? We just added a 6 week old black kitten recently, and they are having fun getting used to each other.

One of ours is a ragdoll siamese, and he could be our "varm alarm". And once you're awake, you HAVE to feed him!

Jim & Maria -- that's the point, isn't it ---PLEASE FEED ME, AND YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU BECAUSE LOOK HOW I'M RUNNING FIGURE 8S BETWEEN YOUR FEET. We love em though!

We have 2 cats 2 dogs, YEAH 5 am they kick the master suite door down needing TO GO OUT,,, I get up open the door count heads, sleep walk back. have a good weekend.

I agree, no need for a traditional alarm clock. You can count on any one of our three to come say hello mighty early! Your cat is a beauty!

Well...I must have some LAZY VARMS because I wake up at 5 sharp and my VARMS are dead asleep until I get up and then ZOOM...they head for the doggie dog to earn the 1st a.m. "treat" lol

Lynn-- sounds like you're having fun too! It's funny how some of us adjust to THEIR schedules, isn't it? We have to count our food bowls now. LOL

Ann, Thanks-- He always closes his eyes for photos. I've got a few pictures of him with his eyes open, but in general he doesn't want to do what we want done.. ha

David, but your varms are more sophisticated than mine. I saw the photo of yours eating dinner at the table remember?? love that one!! At least yours apparently let you sleep in. Way to go!!
