By now you have seen it, there are some new businesses that are coming to Town Center in Highlands Ranch at the corner of Lucent and Highlands Ranch Parkway. From what I can tell - here's what we've got.

I live across the street from this new business development, and let me tell you how pleased I was to hear music blaring from the six outdoor patio speakers pointed outward towards the street 24 hours per day for the last five days.
Realy, I like soft adult contemporary music as much as the next 20-something, but Michael Bolton and Celiene Dion just do not have the same affect a 3, 4, and 5 in the morning for the fifth straight day.
If this continues, when it comes time to list my property I will have to schedule all showings after 9:00pm (assuming they turn the things off at that time as they indicated) or risk loosing thousands off my property value.
I am all for comunity development, but not when unnecessary outdoor music adversely affects my investment, my standard of living, and long-term my mental health.
