Brunswick, Maryland is just a short drive approximately, 45 miles from Washington D.C., the Nation's Capital. The town's roots are rich in history with the establishment of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. In the 1890's Brunswick became the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad's major freight yard for the east-west line. Population of the town multiplied tenfold in 1896 and thrived because of the railroad.
