This is the point 2 flyer that can be syndicated to Craigslist. It can be put in the HTML section of Active Rain but has some orphan code that has to be cleaned up. I save the first time to draft, then clean up the code in WYSIWYG and then make it public.

Great post! I love the virtual tour. Another great way to get exposure for your listings is by posting them on Viscape.com,a social marketplace for vacation homes where you can drive leads to your real estate business for FREE. Viscape's Web 2.0 technology will make other vacation sites obsolete: http://viscape.com/properties/wizard/start.

love the listing and virtual tour. I have never posted listings. May I ask if you get good google ranking by posting your homes for sale ? - thanks for your help
Scott, I post the listing on Active Rain by address. For poeple that search the street name or for the owners who want to see if they can find their property online there is a great post that shows up at the top of google.
