Sounds like a great deal - even if you bought and held. Being close to a casino can't hurt! (I didn't realize St Louis was getting another one - when will it be complete?)

Official date is late 2009 but I think it will be longer than that. It will be located in South County which will allow folks south of St Louis a place to go other than downtown, which is a 30-45 minute commute. Thanks for responding
