In Oak Forest Subdivision 21 homes have sold during the first 7 months of 2008. The average sold price was $283,138 which was $137 per square foot. This time last year 34 properties sold and they averaged $261,073 and $132 per square foot.

Currently, there are 15 homes on the market for an average price of $291,556.
