Ain't it funny how weeks can go by with relatively no activity and then out of nowhere you get completely slammed. Only in real estate is that a good thing.( think about it) I had a phenomenal week that I hope never ends. I also hope it spreads like a disease and infects all my fellow bloggers. You gotta love these volatile times.

Ed,  It never fails for me that when I am in the office nothing.  But, go out and give a presentation or attend a seminar and my phone lights up.  Go figure.  I need to stay away from the office.
