Hola a Todos, I need your feedback. Can you help me out?
I am a moderator for a panel titled "Online Social Networking and Blogging for Business" It will be Monday morning September 29th at the Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. We have three dynamic speakers lined up:
Ricardo Bueno - author of Ribeezie.com, Industry-Reports.com, check out his profile on AR
Jay Thompson - author of the Phoenix Real Estate Guy, check out his profile on AR
Kevin Boer - author of 3 Oceans Real Estate and you can check him out on twitter
I have met all three of these guys and I read a lot of what they write. They are all extremely knowledgeable and entertaining speakers. I have heard both Jay and Kevin speak at Inman's conference and I taught a class with Ricardo at the NAHREP regional conference in Anaheim focusing specifically on the Hispanic market.
Can you think of any questions to ask these pros? You can add them to this post or send me an email at brian (at) vivareal.com
Here are a few ideas I have off the top of my head.
Basics - what is social media/blogging?
Explain the core differences between social networks and blogs?
Should real estate professionals have a blog? What should they blog about?
Where to blog? AR? Personal blog?
How do you calculate the success of a blog? How do you best convert visitors to clients?
Name top 5 social networks agents should be apart of. What are the do's and don'ts of social networking online?
If you had one thing you can attribute to your success in blogging what would it be?
Also, we will have a special part on reaching the Hispanic community online through social media and blogs.
What are your thoughts? What would you like to know? What do you think would be valuabe to share with attendees. I appreciate your insight.
