Are you aware that potential clients could be viewing your website ...Right Now?

Potential clients could be in your web site right now and are looking for great Home Stagers to work with in their area...Is your website up to date?

Sometimes we get so busy trying to get business and actually staging and destaging that we forget about little details such as "our websites". Remember when we first create it them? All the hardwork and the long hours we put to make that website attractive. After all about 45 % of our businesses come directly from the web!

My advice is to make sure that you keep your website updated with actual info and  before n after pictures because you never know who could be viewing your website .

 Always be Prepared!

Absolutely right!  This is why we keep the Active Staged Properties page & our current & archived newsletters... it not only is up to date, but hopefully gives them a reason to keep coming back!

You're spot-on, Fernando.  So mnay times people think that once the website it "UP" that their job is done, or they forget about it.  Consistantly updating the website with new photos, new information, etc will keep it fresh and want "new, poential" clients wanting more.

Not sure how Keith's response ties into this, but... anyway, good post to remind everyone about their website!

Yep, great reminder!  I FINALLY uploaded my new and improved website two weeks ago and it is a huge relief to have that out there.  My old website was quite embarrasing actually.

Great info - We include a web marketing package with a lot of the homes that we stage but I find that I sometimes forget to keep my web site updated.  Thanks for the reminder.

Fernando ~ Good reminder!  I try to update mine at least monthly, unless I actually have a lot going on that should be put on my website.  I also make sure I check the links, especially for any press mentions, because sometimes they are archived and you lose the story.

Thanks for reminding this guilty party!  Since its not something I love to do, it doesn't get done!  I'm putting it high on the list to hire this out as I'm not proud of our website!  Anyone who thinks running a staging business is just staging is in for a rude awakening!
