Over the past several months Pre-Paid Legal Services has been featured in several documentary events shown on Court TV, now known as TruTV. Many of you probably know Pre-Paid Legal as a muti-level company, with agents trying to recruit others to sell the memberships.  What I want to focus on is the membership itself and not the opportunity.  However there is opportunity to make some serious income marketing the memberships to others.  The extra Income that I have brought in from Prepaid Legal has allowed me to stay in the Mortgage Business rather than close my doors like so many other agents.   Each month since the first airing of "Justice for All Accessing the Promise",  Court TV has aired a documentary type presentation of Prepaid Legal and its memberships.   Some of the Guests have been a who's who in the legal world.

 Mike Moore: (no not Michael Moore the director) Mike Moore the former Mississippi Attorney General who took on the Tobacco Industry and won the largest lawsuit in our Nations history.

 Harold C Alford:  President and CEO of the National Black Chamber of Commerce

Bill Paul: Former President of the American Bar Association

Andrew Miller: Former Attorney General of the State Of Virginia

Grant Woods:  Former Attorney General of the State of Arizona

Thomas Donohue: President and CEO of the United States Chamber of Commerce

 John Gardner and Elizabeth Gardner:  John and his wife at one time owned the largest Law Firm in the State of South Carolina.  John is also revered by many in the Identity Theft business as the foremost authority in the United States when it comes to Identity Theft.

 Paul J. Meyer:  Paul J. Meyer is a Billionaire businessman.  He is famous as a motivational speaker.  Mr. Meyer not only endorses the prepaid legal membership, he carries his personal membership card in his wallet and brags heavily about it.  Why would a Billionaire use the prepaid legal membership?  Because of its value and, because it works.

Fran Tarkenton:  Fran Tarkenton was an NFL football player who was voted into the NFL Hall of Fame, He also gained great fame when he hosted the television show  "Thats Increditble", as well as being a host on Monday Night Football.  Mr. Tarkenton is the owner of gosmallbiz.com  a company dedicated to giving everyone access to business consultants and an inexpensive cost.  Gosmallbiz.com and prepaid legal have combined services to offer the business Legal Services Plans.

The programs are informational and educational in nature and provide a glimpse into our unique company and the services we provide.

Far from a typical documentary which focuses on something interesting but may have little direct impact on the individuals viewing it, this program will address needs that most people have.

Most people who do not have access to legal counsel will simply accept their circumstances and go on. When the credit card company charges unfair fees, when your cell phone service provider is unreasonable, or when an invoice is higher than quoted, what can we do but pay and go on?

In many cases, and for most people, it's not about whether we will absolutely have to have an attorney.
