In our profession, it seems as if we are constantly working or doing favors for our buyers and sellers.  Some of our clients are very gracious and some do not even acknowledge what we have done or have been through to make the deal happen.  I wanted to share with you that a couple that I sold 2 lots to were very kind, curtious, and grateful for all of the hard work that we went through together.  The verbal thank you they gave me was enough to make me feel like I had done exactly what they expected me to do.  As my wife, son, and I were at home this weekend, a hand written thank you card was delivered by the husband.  He was very happy to stop by to deliver this card.  After reading the card, I realized how much I did for them.  I hope that every transaction I ever do will have the same impact on future clients.
