The First "LEED" Clubhouse In North and South Carolina Has Begun Construction In Handsmill On Lake Wylie

Handsmill On Lake Wylie will have the first "LEED" Certified Clubhouse in North and South Carolina.

Construction has begun:

Some of the "Green" features that it will have are: energy efficiency, low moisture landscaping, the use of "green" products, and good air quality.

One of the best features of the Clubhouse is that it will be directly on Lake Wylie.  It will have a sandy beach area down to the water for all to enjoy in the community.  So even if you do not live directly on the Lake, you will always have access to it.

Handsmill's Clubhouse/Amenity Center will feature:

Fitness Center

Elevator

Outdoor Balconies, Porches

Junior Olympic Swimming Pool

Kid's Splash Fountain
