Thank you for your interest in our company.  We are currently handling properties from Punta Gorda in Charlotte County  to Manatee County.  We're different than the typical property management company and aspire to become the first statewide property mgmt/home rental service in the state of Florida. 

Our sales agents  list and lease properties and we have a customer service dept who handles all of our property management.  We have established relationships with a number of service organizations who are Certified Rent Me Florida vendors.  Our sales agents don't have to deal with it. 

We offer flat rate fees rather than a % based on rental rates when we rent owners homes.  Our property mgmt is a flat fee of only $39.00.  

Real Estate Companies are signing up as Affiliates with Rent Me Florida and refer their customers to us because we don't compete with them in Sales.  We pay agents referral fees when their customers join our service and when tenants who rent our owners homes sign a lease.   Brokers get a % from the business they send our way. 

Once your client decides to sell, we send them back to you.  We don't sell, only lease homes and condos.  You don't have to worry about us stealing your customer. 

It's a different take on property management whose time has come.  After dealing with local property management companies myself, I knew there had to be a better way to handle it.
