100% Financing Available in Brunswick, Georgia....USDA Rural Development Loans

There is still a 100% financing program available to buyers (first time or other) through USDA Rural Development. This loan program has no monthly mortgage insurance and has requires no down payment, cash contributions or cash reserves from the borrower.

If the borrower doesn't have a traditional credit history, non-traditional credit may be used - like landlord and utility payment references. There is no minimum credit score required on some USDA loans and the loans are 30 year fixed rate loans.

Julie but, with the USDA loans is there not a salary cap that is relatively low?

There are several types of loans and there are different limits. But in Glynn County, as our housing is affordable, the income limits are not restrictive. It is truly a great program.

These are great loans for those who qualify for them. As you mentioned... they are geographic specific so not all homes apply.

I have 4 new projects that are located in the USDA Geographic Area. These homes will be located 2 miles from Exit 42 and I-95 and 2 miles from Exit 38 and I-95, 5 minutes to the mall, restaurants, grocery, etc., so I am looking forward to using this program this year.
