Wow, we are finally getting good news published. Did you hear that we had a 5% increase in sale for the month of July!!
Fantastic, keep it up. As I and others have been waiting for this good news, prices have continued to go down.
There are still great deals out there for the qualified buyers. Gone are the days of throwing a mortgage application in the air and finding it stick somewhere.
I have found this out personally. I practically had to give a pint of blood for my application. I don't know how many times I had to keep running new information
to the office. All I know is that it was enough to drive me crazy.
As a highly trained Realtor, I have been looking at the different opportunities out there. I do business all over Pinellas County and, some in Hillsborough County. I have found that deals are closer to home than you think. The first thing that everyone notices, are all of the real estate signs. This causes an immediate reaction of "The market is still bad."
