Active listings in ARMLS 51,799 (52,594 last week)

Active with contingency 945 (1,087 last week)

Pending sales 6,740 (7,135 last week)

Sales in last 30 days 5,829 (6,172 last week)

We are still working on the change over to the new FLEXmla system and at this time the cancelled and Expired listings are not yet completly accurate so I did not include them.

Thanks for the info, looks like there is still quite a bit of inventory so hopefully we can put a dent into that number.
