The summer was not as hot as last summer (temperature wise) but homes sales were hot-- at least the homes that we Trans4med sold fast. In fact, through 2008 so far, homes that Staley Trans4mations transformed are selling on average in 11 days (12 days faster than even last year). Further, the sale price, on average, is within 4%!
How are we doing it is a question we are frequently asked. Simple, we are a full service staging and Trans4mation company. Whenever you can differentiate your self from the competition is great. When you can do it less expensive and better, with better results, is fantastic.
