Feedback...to call or not too call...

I'm frustrated as of late with the lack of agents to give, or recieve feedback. I have a few listings and have called agents on more than one occasion to see why their client didn't write an offer. The very thing i would assume they would do in similar situation.

The same can be said when i make the effort to call the agents back with feedback from my clients who themselves did not write an offer, only to be questioned by the agent. Anyone else having the feedback issue?

If my client felt it was overpriced, out dated, or otherwise I am just passing it on. I would want that as it helps us to go to our clients.

At the end of the day we are supposed to be working together to get "our " clients into homes they like, and sell the homes our clients have.

At least have the decency to call an agent back, and i admit sometimes i am bad at that. But if I called you for feedback don't call me and ask what i thought of the house because you didn't keep better data, and if you email me and i respond-make sure the system takes that person out. Nothing I hate more then mass emails after I already sent a response. I think we can all work towards the greater good of better advising our clients through productive feedback on homes we show and sell!

Feedback isn't always happy news, or we'd have offers not phone calls to find out you thought it was "nice", but didn't write.
