- Activate all agent web sites
- Launch the broker site
- Integrate the MLS into their broker and sites
- Organize broker-owner-advance training dates
- Coordinate logo production
- Familiarize the owner with our brand standards and environmental branding packages
- Facilitate finance support (commission schedules, PROformas, etc.)
The most important of which is that Vicki becomes the primary contact person to connect with anytime the broker has a need, issue, question, etc. View her as the hub in the wheel connecting all divisions of our company - finance, marketing, IT, training, help desk services, operations, relocation, etc.
